He was fantastic! The band MADE the show. He was out for about 90 minutes.
I am pretty horrible at remembering set lists, but he did play 4 songs from the new album: Bad Habits, Pretty Wings, Cold and Stop the World.
He did all of his more popular stuff (in no particular order): Sumthin’ Sumthin’, This Woman’s Work, Till The Cops Come Knockin’, Lifetime, Fortunate, Ascension, Get to Know Ya, Everwanting. And who could forget, “Simply Beautiful”.
Just two “complaints”. One echoes other comments. It took an hour for him to start after Laura finished (who, by the way, was incredible). For us, it wasn’t a big deal because we had fun with the people around us. The second complaint was event staff, which I don’t think he would have had any control over anyway. (At one point, we got told to sit down!!!)
Overall – great show, great crowd. He shouldn’t stay gone so long!

Concert was FANTASTIC – I agree with Aliya – event staff were a bit much. Simply Beautiful probably the biggest surprise of the night – had no idea he would sing it – ENJOYED IT!
Fave song of the night – Till the cops come knockin’
He is one sexy man!!!! Very happy that he is back on the scene.
Two complaints myself: Concert was not promoted at all here in Vancouver – I know quite a number of people who would have loved to have gone if they had known he was in town.
Second complaint: Why isn’t he coming back to Vancouver for his fall concert?????
