After waiting 8 years to see Maxwell, I bought tickets to his Hollywood Bowl show on Oct 17. I paid $548 with out hesitation. However, the economy is really affecting things all around. I truly really enjoy his music and it brought me comfort when my father passed away. But paying another $548 is just out of the question. Furthermore these VIP packages are so expensive and if I read them correctly, you don’t even get to meet him.(?) I paid $295 per ticket last year for a Meet & Greet session for the band “Creed”. This package, offered through All Access, included a photo op with the band. I know that Maxwell can sell more tickets than Creed (they played the Verizon Wireless in Irvine, Ca), but it just seems too excessive.

GOTTA GO!… CANNOT MISS M @ the Garden! Would actually LOVEEEEEEE to attend a few shows on the road too! Trying my best to work the VIP & Travel Packages! CAN’T WAIT! I’m OVERJOYED with EXCITEMENT!… It’s making me CRAZY!
