Maxwell received 5 nominations for the 41st NAACP Image Award. The awards show will air live on Friday, February 26, 2010 (8PM – 10PM ET/PT Tape-Delayed) on FOX. The show will take place at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA. OnTheTube: 41st NAACP Image Awards (February 26, 2010)

Maxwell is scheduled to appear on the broadcast along with Mary J. According to the singer’s twitter account, he will be taping for The Oprah Show this week (performing FISTFUL OF TEARS). The show will air January 20, 2010 at 4pm (ET), check your local listings for times. It will highlight the devastation occurring in Haiti since hit by a massive 7.0 Earthquake. Also scheduled to appear Rihanna, Wyclef and Dr. Sanjay Gupta. O’s official website has a section (See the Show) off to the side where you can reserve tickets to be in the audience. FISTFUL OF TEARS is currently being offered on iTunes / amazon mp3 and Oprah’s official website. Proceeds from the single will benefit Hope for Haiti Now.

Airing Monday, February 01, 2010 on BET at 9pm ET/PT, hosted by Gabrielle Union. Kenneth Whalum III via twitter announced he was headed to Washington, D.C. to perform on the BET Honors with Maxwell. This could possibly be a last minute addition. BET Honors was filmed Saturday, January 16, 2010. Maxwell performed FISTFUL OF TEARS and BAD HABITS (not televised).

OnTheTube: MAXWELL to Perform at 52nd Annual Grammy Awards (January 31, 2010)

MAXWELL, who was recently nominated for 6 Grammys (2-time Grammy Winner watch his acceptance speeches , Maxwell in the Grammy Press Room), Beyonce, The Black Eyed Peas, Lady Antebellum, and Taylor Swift are among the first performers announced for the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards telecast airing Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010. Maxwell will perform a duet with Roberta Flack, along with performing Pretty Wings. The program will be filmed at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 Surround Sound on the CBS Television Network from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).

Good news for those who previously were not able to see the broadcast. The show will be supported on radio via Westwood One worldwide, and covered online at GRAMMY.com and CBS.com, and on The Grammys YouTube channel.

Check your local listings for time (previously mentioned time was given by the link below). TODAY show airs Monday — Friday, 7-11 a.m. ET on NBC. NOTE: musze.com states the performance will air at 7AM ET.

UPDATE: Maxwell was on the Kathie Lee and Hoda segment of the Today show which originally airs 10am to 11am (ET). This show airs as a stand-a-lone show at 11am (ET) on certain NBC networks.
